
Heather Culp Boujoulian – Vice President – New England Region
Heather Boujoulian joined Criterion in 2004, following her mentors Andrew Kaye and Jack Englert from JPI Partners, Inc. Heather is a development manager for the New England region, where she is responsible for managing all aspects of multifamily and mixed-use development projects.
During her tenure at JPI, Heather held several positions working for both the construction and development divisions of the company. Collectively, she managed design development and feasibility of more than 4,000 luxury apartment units throughout New England.
Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Roger Williams University, where she continues to be actively involved in the Alumni Executive Council. Following undergraduate studies, Heather attended the Graduate School of Design at Harvard University, where she received a Master in Urban Planning degree. She is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the American Planning Association, and the Real Estate Academic Initiative at Harvard.

Zoran Arula – Vice President and Controller
Mr. Arula is responsible for administering and implementing accounting, financial reporting and tax functions of the Company, in addition to assisting the CFO with budgeting, treasury and cash management activities. Mr. Arula joined Criterion from FirstWorthing, Dallas, Texas, where he worked in Property accounting overseeing day-to-day accounting activities of conventional, student housing and 3rd party managed properties from April 2001 until late 2004. In February 2005, Mr. Arula joined Criterion in his current role.
Mr. Arula earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Masters of Business Administration from the Dillard College of Business Administration at Midwestern State University, Wichita Falls, Texas and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Arula is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys soccer, golf and beach volleyball.
